Baby Tiramisu:

5 oz chocolate flavored liquor
5 oz strong espresso
20-30 Ladyfinger cookies (or baby fingers, if you prefer)
1 pound pulverized baby
2 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
5 oz chopped dark chocolate

Mix the chocolate liquor with the brewed espresso and set aside.  Trim the ladyfingers to fit along the sides and bottom 3 inch deep serving dish.  Pour half of the coffee mix into the dish with the ladyfingers (or baby fingers) and set aside.  Beat together the pulverized baby, egg yolks, sugar and remaining coffee mix until smooth.  Whip the egg whites until stiff, and fold into the pulverized baby mixture.  Fill into the dish with the ladyfinger cookies (or baby fingers).  Top with the chopped chocolate.  Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
